Our name ISCHUS, connotes the strength and might already within you as an individual or a corporate entity. It in a sense, sums up what our philosophy is about. WE exist to enable YOU actualise that potential.
We are:
Ted is currently the lead partner for ISCHUS, a management consultancy firm. He worked with Shell for two decades in diverse HR and business roles; with his last two roles as Special Projects Manager, leading the people and services teams on a major divestment ($2bn+) and the post-divestment business integration in Nigeria; and Manager HR Strategy, Shell International, Netherlands.
Prior to those roles, he was the pioneer HR Director for Shell’s Offshore business in Nigeria. He spent a third of his career working at the Shell International Head Office in Netherlands, supporting Shell businesses in 5 continents.
His professional experience spans HR Strategy, Shared Services, Business Partnering, Outsourcing, Acquisitions and Divestments, Learning, OE/OD, Talent, Business & Personal Transformation (Change Management), Process Redesign, Corporate Development, Corporate Services, and Business Management
Ted holds a degree in Political Science and an MBA; he is an alumnus of IMD Switzerland. He is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, UK and is GPHR certified. He is a columnist for both the BusinessDay and Business Financial Times newspapers in Nigeria and Ghana respectively and speaks at local and international conferences. His passion is to enable people/organisations achieve personal purpose and business success.
